In today's world, humans find pleasure effortlessly. We spend hours watching shorts or mindlessly scrolling through social media, consuming adult content.

This easy pleasure changes our perspective on basic aspects of life. We begin to expect rewards without putting in hard work. Our brains learn from our behavior, adapting to repetitive actions without resistance.

The problem arises when we encounter tasks that demand our full effort. We no longer give 100% because we subconsciously believe that hard work isn't necessary for pleasure. This behavior continues, gradually eroding our resilience and ruthlessness in completing tasks.

The unfinished tasks pile up, and our self-confidence plummets. Eventually, we lose our resilience, leading to depression.

Realizing I was trapped in this cycle, I made a decision. I resolved to cultivate toughness before undertaking anything in my life.

To achieve this toughness, I need to challenge my physical limits daily and limit social media usage to less than 15 minutes per day for the next year.
